Brisbane Racing Carnival

Frock Up, Suit Up, Meet Up so you can Pony Up.

Everyone was dressed to the nines at the 2017 Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival launch event which really set the tone for one of the premier events in the nation’s racing calendar. Guests had the opportunity to get a taste of the exciting things to come between May 13 to June 10 which features the races we love as well as a handful of social events which simply can’t be missed! We were treated to delicate breakfast treats, great conversation and fantastic weather. Primetime Marketing would like to thank Neville Bell, Chairman of the Brisbane Racing Club for having us at this fantastic event!

The Carnival launch party also featured the opportunity to rub shoulders with some notable personalities who also happen to be ambassadors of the Brisbane Racing Carnival 2017. Kendall Gilding, 7 News anchor and horse lover has taken the rein as ambassador and will feature at each of the five fantastic Carnival race days as well as Carnival events off the track. The list also includes the dynamic fashion duo of Courtney Thorpe; who will play the role of roving reporter both on and off track and Damien Anthony Rossi who reprises his role as Fashion Ambassador. That’s not all! Australian Survivor Lee Carseldine joins the Brisbane Racing Club’s 2017 as season Ambassador while Kayla Boyd is Brisbane Racing Club’s Ambassador for The Society presented by Moet Ice.

The 2017 Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival is set to draw elite thoroughbreds and leading trainers and jockeys from Australia and New Zealand! This Year’s Carnival will return to the traditional format of two race days at Doomben Racecourse and three at Eagle Farm with almost $10 million in racing prize money on offer over the five days.

QueensPlaza also comes on board as the new official fashion partner and will bring along some highly sought-after prizes for the carnival’s most impeccably dressed punters. With Fashions on the Field being a huge part of the Races, make sure you’re clad in your finest outfits for your chance to walk away with prizes from a stable of luxe labels.

The Carnival is also set to feature a feast of fine food with a focus on quality, fresh produce and an innovative approach to transform ingredients into dishes that appeal to both eye and palate. Brisbane Racing Club’s Culinary Team will be providing diverse and bespoke menus for function spaces, trackside marquees and lawn parties. Led by Executive Chef Michael Fletcher and Head Chef John Felesina, the BRC team expects to be catering for more than 18,000 individuals!

The Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival is a not-to-be-missed event so get ready and PONY UP!
